About the Role :
We are seeking a Corporate Special Events Coordinator
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-profile executive meetings and events.
This role requires a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Responsibilities :
Event Planning and Coordination : Plan, organize, and execute leadership meetings and special events, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements.
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all event requirements are met, including coordinating with executive assistants, vendors, and service providers.
Budget Management : Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high-quality standards.
Logistics Management : Oversee all logistical aspects of events, including scheduling, equipment setup, and on-site coordination.
Design and implement engaging event experiences : Develop innovative and immersive event concepts that align with corporate objectives, ensuring a memorable and impactful experience for attendees through the creative use of technology, decor, and interactive elements.
Communication : Prepare and distribute event-related communications, including invitations, agendas, and follow-up materials.
Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution of events, ensuring a seamless experience for all participants.
Post-Event Evaluation : Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Education Qualification :
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Required Skills :
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in event planning, focusing on corporate events and leadership meetings.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in event management software and MS Office Suite.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
