The FP&A Analyst will act as a key liaison between finance and operations teams, overseeing financial processes, cost analysis, and compliance. This role requires a decisive professional who can make informed financial decisions, troubleshoot discrepancies, and optimize cost efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serve as a point of contact between finance, supply chain, purchasing, and digital technology teams.
- Monitor JDE system transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in work orders, inventory movement, and cost allocations.
- Provide financial insights on labor costs, material variances, and budget performance in TIER meetings.
- Conduct audits on journal entries, payroll, work orders, and cycle counts for accuracy.
- Assist in month-end close processes and financial reporting.
- Work with sister sites to ensure cost updates and ERP system alignment.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or 15 years of experience in lieu of a degree).
Experience : 10 years in finance, payroll, cost analysis, or financial auditing.
