About the Role :
Seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology New Products Team.
The role involves overseeing the launch management of new assets targeting unmet needs in cancer patients globally and driving Global-Regional-Local engagement.
The ideal candidate will lead project management efforts, implement governance frameworks, manage risks, and ensure effective communication.
Responsibilities :
Asset and Coordinating GRL activities across the portfolio of New Oncology Assets.
Implement a Launch Governance Framework for new product launches.
Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities.
Lead project management to support robust engagement among global, regional, and local markets on Oncology New Products.
Monitor and update GRL approach, providing visibility of evolving global commercial team meetings.
Create communication plans and materials for Global-Regional-Local engagement and collaboration.
Identify opportunities for performance optimization to accelerate execution and support brand goals.
Education Qualification :
BA Required; MBA / equivalent Master's-level education a bonus.
7 years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred.
7 years of strong project / program management skills in a pharmaceutical launch setting;
Oncology experience preferred.
Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts.
Clear communication skills, accountability, adaptability, self-motivation, and ability to drive collaboration.
