Job Description : Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to assist with compliance training processes within a regulated environment. This role focuses on data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate training records in the Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, LMS experience, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform high-volume data entry to assign training modules within the LMS (Metro or similar systems).Extract, analyze, and interpret LMS reports to identify compliance gaps and update assignments as needed.Redline, edit, and verify training records to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Utilize Quality Management Systems (QMS), LMS (Metro), Agile, and Oracle for training processes.Maintain compliance documentation, ensuring accuracy and regulatory adherence.Qualifications : Must-Have Skills :
Proficiency in data entry and reporting, with advanced skills in Excel.Experience using LMS platforms (Metro or similar).Basic understanding of technical writing and documentation.Compliance background within Quality Assurance, audits, or regulated environments.Preferred Skills :
Experience using Agile and Oracle systems.Previous experience in a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or other compliance-driven fields).Ability to quickly learn and navigate multiple electronic systems.Education & Experience :
Minimum : High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5-6 years of experience.Preferred : Associate's degree with relevant experience.Open to candidates from diverse backgrounds, including software design, engineering, chemistry, teaching, and compliance.Pay Range : $25 / hr. - 30 / hr.
