Responsbilities:
Collabera is looking for an HSE & Maintenance Manager to lead health, safety, environmental, and maintenance initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation across all plant operations.
This person will develop and maintain HSE policies, overseeing ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and HSE Management System, and serve as the primary contact for audits. The person will conduct site inspections, manage emergency response plans, lead incident investigations, and interface with regulatory agencies. Additionally, this person will drive environmental impact reduction, chemical management, risk mitigation, and employee coaching while ensuring consistent adherence to company objectives.
Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in occupational safety
5 years of HSE regulatory compliance experience
NiceToHave:
Management experience
ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Certifications - can be learned on-site
A background in the automotive industry
Salary : $30 - $35
