Key Responsibilities:
- Execute qualification and validation activities for manufacturing transfer.
- Write and test protocols ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct time studies and assess value vs. non-value-added activities.
- Utilize software tools such as Timer Pro, SAP, Office Timeline Pro, Power BI, and Windchill (nice to have).
- Support the transition from document-based design history records to digital systems.
- Apply process knowledge to optimize manufacturing efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering highly preferred; other degrees acceptable.
- 4 years of experience in qualification and validation.
- Medical device or regulated industry experience highly preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, self-driven mindset, and ability to follow a timeline.
- Previous technical transfer experience is a plus but not required.
Salary : $40 - $45
