What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Education Liaison position at Collabera?
The Medical Education Liaison will serve as the key connection between the US Commercial Organization and the MSCO Medical Education Team. The role focuses on driving alignment and engagement on Medical Education programming within the US market. This includes promoting upcoming events to the US Field Organization, tracking programming engagement and timelines, and identifying emerging Medical Education needs. The role also requires adherence to Global Quality Framework, Corporate Quality Management System (QMS), and compliance with OEC and Legal guidelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Marketing, US Sales Team, MSCO, OEC, Legal, and Regulatory teams.
- Organization & Multitasking: Manage multiple projects and deliverables with strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Content Management: Highlight upcoming events, ensure timeliness of materials provided, and monitor programming engagement.
- Emerging Needs Assessment: Identify and track emerging Medical Education requirements for the US market.
- Proficiency in Tools: Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe for effective communication and reporting.
- Writing and Proofreading: Develop and review content with a high degree of accuracy.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure activities comply with established business policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Biological Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in related functions.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with working in a regulated industry, preferably medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Adobe.
- Excellent writing and proofreading capabilities.
- Ability to adapt to changing workflows and prioritize tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
