Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle complaint intake via phone, email, and Complaint Intake Systems.
  • Assess applications for missing information and coordinate outreach to obtain required data.
  • Conduct the initial identification and coding of complaints.
  • Coordinate complaint sample logistics, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address adverse event reporting.
  • Evaluate complaints to determine if a replacement, credit, or warranty claim is necessary and process the resolution accordingly.
  • Act as a translation services lead for reporting.
  • Identify the need for customer reply letters regarding complaint investigations and notify the complaint processing team.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Experience : 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices.
  • Attention to Detail : Strong ability to assess and document complaints accurately.
  • Customer Service : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Technical Proficiency : Ability to navigate software systems efficiently.
  • Time Management : Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
  • Industry Knowledge : Familiarity with pharmaceutical, biological, or medical device products, processes, and regulations is a plus.
