Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Intake Specialist I to handle the intake and processing of customer complaints. This role involves assessing applications, coordinating complaint samples, and ensuring timely communication with internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process complaints via phone, email, and complaint intake systems.
- Assess applications for missing information and conduct customer outreach.
- Identify and assign complaint codes during the intake process.
- Coordinate complaint sample logistics and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Determine appropriate resolutions (replacement, credit, or warranty claims) and notify relevant teams.
- Assist with translation services for complaint reporting.
- Facilitate customer communication by initiating reply letters based on investigation results.
Qualifications:
Must-Have:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate Degree preferred).
- 1-2 years of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to work independently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
