Project Manager - Patient Engagement role on Hybrid basis (3 onsite)
Purpose: Drive impactful project execution within the APS Operations team, an industry leader in patient support, fostering brand loyalty and satisfaction through unparalleled service. Partner with key stakeholders to optimize processes and implement innovative solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Project Execution & Support: Provide ad-hoc support to teams, enhancing productivity and addressing immediate project needs.
- Launch Management: Coordinate brand/indication launches, managing tasks, timelines, and resource allocation for successful implementation.
- Brand Mix Management: Oversee and implement brand mix changes across Patient Engagement (PE), aligning with strategic goals and market demands.
- Platform Management: Manage and resolve issues related to the Five9 platform, minimizing disruptions and enhancing user experience.
- Stakeholder Communication: Create and communicate regular project status updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge Management: Support knowledge management initiatives, organizing and providing access to critical information.
- License Management: Manage iEngage Specialty and Complete licenses, ensuring efficient utilization.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or related roles.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects and ensuring successful execution.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Has worked as a Leader on Patient Support/Patient engagement projects
Pay range:
$60/hr. - $70/hr.
Salary : $60 - $70
