Description:
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the implementation of enterprise payment tools and systems, enhancing supplier payment terms. This role involves working with banks on supply chain financing, dynamic discounting, and virtual card payments to provide flexible options for suppliers. The Project Manager will represent Procurement and collaborate with Finance, IT, and banking partners to ensure successful adoption.
Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of Supply Chain Financing (SCF), Dynamic Discounting (DD), and Virtual Card payment programs.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely procurement decisions.
Develop communication and training materials for internal and external parties.
Establish metrics to measure program impact.
Align with business partners to optimize working capital improvements.
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
8 years of relevant experience.
PMP certification or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of SAP, banking systems, and procurement processes.
Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel; CPA or MBA preferred.
Pay Range: $70/hr. - $80/hr.
