Position :   Workday Implementation Project Manager

Location :   Ashburn, VA 20147 (Hybrid)

Duration :   12 months (Possibility of extension)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the implementation of Workday Recruiting.
  • Be a consultant for Workday related configuration testing.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to manage project tasks, sprints, and deliverables.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth transition to production.

Must Haves :

  • 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on HR systems implementation.
  • RECENT experience with Workday Recruiting implementation preferably on a global scale.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Nice to Haves :

  • PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Familiar with AI systems and global requirements
  • Experience with other Workday modules, such as HCM, Payroll, or Benefits.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
