Project Manager

Selectek is partnering with a firm in Peachtree City, Georgia to hire a Project Manager on a direct hire basis. Candidates will lead commercial construction projects, maintain budgets and work with general contractors to deliver projects on time.

Expected Pay Range: $80,000-$90,000 annual salary, depending on experience and certification

Location: Peachtree City, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00a - 5:00p

Job Duties:

• Define project tasks and resource requirements
• Coordinate development and review of project deliverables.
• Manage project budget.
• Plan and schedule project timelines.
• Provide direction and support to the project team including sales, production and installation teams.
• Monitor and report on project progress.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans as necessary. Conduct project cost analysis in real-time and closeout of the project. Create recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Assist project contract review process.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• 3 years of direct work experience in in project management capacity. This should include proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Experienced with project management over commercial building projects or premanufactured buildings for commercial settings.
• Experience interacting with Architects and Engineers throughout the process
