Senior Project Manager-Pharmaceutical

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Support:

• Plan and execute small and large team meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling, facilitation, and organization for virtual and in-person events.
• Collaborate with the Business Services Group (BSG) for event planning, vendor engagement, and logistical coordination.
• Maintain stakeholder engagement across scientists, physicians, project managers, senior leaders, and executives.
• Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Marketing & Communications Support:

• Draft key communications for Pathway to Cures initiatives, engaging with R&D and enterprise functions.
• Oversee SharePoint site design and management, including content updates and structure improvements.
• Develop slide decks and other formatted materials to support business initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the visibility and effectiveness of communication strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with experience interacting with senior leadership.
• Strong project management and leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
• Experience with website design and implementation is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar design software is a plus.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
