Job Description :

Why this role is open :

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to optimize our operations and provide essential technical support to 30-60 end users.

    • Mission :

  • To ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain a reliable IT infrastructure.

    • Day to Day :

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues at packing stations.
  • Assist office employees with technical problems, including software installations and network connectivity.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts in PHP and SQL to automate tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Configure and maintain Windows and Azure servers.
  • Installation, support, and maintenance of network servers, computer equipment and connection of peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network issues.
  • Configuring software, modifying software configuration, and performing basic configuration management
  • Planning for and responding to service outages and other problems.
  • Providing software application assistance for commonly used office automation applications
  • Implementing client workstations software patches, security fixes and service releases.
  • Identifying, analyzing, and documenting long range requirements.

    • Must Haves :

  • Strong proficiency in Windows administration.
  • Intermediate SQL experience to read / write and understand queries and PHP programming languages.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with network administration, including wired and wireless networks.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.

    • Pluses :

  • Experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Linux experience
  • Mac troubleshooting experience
