What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Administrator position at Collabera?
Position Purpose:
Provide administrative support to the Head of US WM Operations and coordinate employee engagement activities. Act as a senior liaison for Operations and Wealth Management, ensuring executive support and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement events (Town Halls, service recognition, holiday celebrations, etc.).
- Manage event technology (WebEx, video conferencing).
- Lead/support employee engagement committees and Operations projects.
- Maintain communication with senior management and stakeholders.
- Manage calendars, meetings, and office tasks.
- Represent the Head of Operations professionally with internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle documentation, reports, and meeting materials.
- Coordinate travel, itineraries, and expenses.
- Support Operations staff and office administration.
- Perform other assigned duties.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong public speaking, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and problem-solving.
- Experience in brokerage/financial operations and vendor management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
