Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Configuration Analyst to join our Employee Experience Technology team. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring and managing the Workday application, focusing on one of the following areas: payroll, benefits, or talent acquisition. This is a hands-on position, requiring deep expertise in Workday and the ability to implement changes and enhancements to business systems, not a production support role.
Locations: Chicago, IL; Richmond VA; Kennesaw GA office
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage over 420 data integrations within the Workday application to ensure seamless operation across payroll, benefits, or talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into Workday configurations and process improvements.
- Implement and maintain Workday modules, ensuring they align with company policies and industry best practices.
- Work closely with offshore teams to support Workday implementations and manage day-to-day processes.
- Provide expertise in one of the following areas: Payroll (US/Canada), Benefits (with a focus on Absences/Leave), or Talent Acquisition.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Act as a self-starter and eager learner to stay updated on the latest Workday features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience working within Workday Configuration.
- Proven ability to go into Workday and change business systems.
- Hands-on experience with one of the following Workday focus areas: Payroll (US/Canada), Benefits (Absences/Leave), or Talent Acquisition.
- Experience working with offshore teams and managing remote collaboration.
- Strong understanding of Workday implementation processes and day-to-day operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of building out modules within the application.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Workday systems.
- Experience in the financial industry.
