Position Summary:
We are seeking multiple dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as a either a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Program Manager enrolled in their Masters Program.
This role is ideal for a candidate currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA and working toward BCBA certification. You’ll work closely with experienced BCBAs and behavior technicians to develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior plans for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervising BCBAs to develop and implement ABA programs.
- Oversee and train behavior technicians on client programs and best practices.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and make program adjustments.
- Communicate regularly with families and team members to ensure consistency of care.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings.
- Ensure ethical and effective treatment in accordance with BACB standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in ABA or related field with coursework approved by the BACB.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while taking supervision.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes/schools if needed.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), please review the following qualifications:
Indiana BCBA Licensure Requirements:
- Certification: Obtain certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or an equivalent entity approved by the Indiana Behavior Analyst Licensing Board.
- Criminal Background Check: Successfully complete a national criminal history background check, demonstrating no convictions that would impair your ability to practice competently.
- Current RBT certification is a plus!

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
