Technical Delivery Lead

CMIND is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to drive several strategic initiatives in the coming weeks. As we scale, we anticipate the need for multiple cross-functional delivery teams, and we are looking for a highly skilled leader who can ensure technical execution stays on track while aligning with business objectives.

Role Overview:

As a Technical Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating technical execution across multiple platforms and teams. While hands-on expertise in one of the technologies (MuleSoft, Salesforce, Kafka, Java, and Oracle) is desired, deep technical knowledge in all these areas is not required. The key focus of this role is ensuring that technical tasks move forward efficiently, blockers are addressed, and teams remain aligned with project goals.

This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to work with internal teams, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Execution & Delivery Oversight
• Drive progress on technical deliverables, ensuring timely execution
• Proactively identify and remove roadblocks that slow down development
• Ensure that projects align with business expectations and technical standards.
• Track and report on project milestones, risks, and dependencies

• Team Coordination & Leadership
• Lead and coordinate work across multiple delivery teams
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between technical teams, service providers, and business leaders
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

• Stakeholder & Vendor Management
• Work with internal teams and third-party service providers to keep projects moving
• Communicate technical progress and challenges to non-technical stakeholders
• Manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring seamless execution

• Agile & DevOps Best Practices
• Support teams in following Agile methodologies (Scrum)
• Ensure best practices for technical execution, security, and scalability
• Facilitate efficient collaboration between engineering, DevOps, and product teams

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience in technology delivery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven ability to drive technical execution without hands-on coding.
• Strong experience in managing complex projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms and integration (MuleSoft, Salesforce, Kafka, Java, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD best practices
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing onshore/offshore delivery teams
• Background in software architecture and technical decision-making
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $160,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
