Duties
- Manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Utilize project management tools such as Jira for task tracking and reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation using SharePoint.
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and execution as part of project risk management.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure technical requirements are met and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Implement effective time management strategies to prioritize tasks and manage resources efficiently.
- Monitor project progress and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary to achieve project goals.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum methodologies and Agile practices.
- Proficiency in using Jira for project tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with SQL for data analysis related to project outcomes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management skills, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
- A background in software development or IT is preferred but not mandatory.
