What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Director, Workday HCM (Global Application Managed Services) position at Collaborative Solutions, LLC (USA)?
Associate Director – Global AMS is expected to provide expert guidance to the AMS management team and their subsequent team members. This individual will play a key role in helping our clients plan and meet their business objectives and ensure successful end user adoption during a Workday post-production lifecycle. This individual will provide senior-level guidance and delivery of Workday solutions. Associate Director will assist the sales team with sales activities, including orals, estimations, and Statements of Work (SOWs). This person works closely with Service Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and Managing Consultants to lead and act as a liaison between the AMS teams and the Senior Director of AMS. This person will assist in identifying business needs, staffing projects, enabling practice asset development, and ensuring that the work/life balance of our consultants is monitored and adjusted appropriately. Responsibilities: Manage a team of managers, functional consultants and technical consultants in delivering the set of assigned managed services accounts Provide clients with expertise around best practices and Workday touchpoints. Ability to help client work through difficult decisions Facilitate project planning and execution. Assist Service Delivery managers in forecasting for project team. Perform role of mentor and coach for people development Contribute to billable delivery activities as defined by utilization goals Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday Promote a team-oriented, challenging, and innovative work environment Ability to establish immediate credibility with clients and within the company; can build consensus and achieve goals through influence Assist with escalations dealing with resourcing or project concerns Mentor the team on a regular basis and ensure high morale and productivity Contribute to new business opportunities within the account assigned Support the RFP response and pursuit process for CVS work, review estimates for sales opportunities, review SOWs for language and accuracy, and attend Orals & prospect meetings Contribute to practice building activities such as solution and asset development and talent development Skills & Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of Corporate Applications portfolio experience and at least 10 years’ experience in client facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model Should have good understanding of SaaS based Managed Services model Should have good understanding of HCM, Benefits, Payroll process areas Workday Certification is preferred Able to multitask and perform a variety of duties Good communication and interpersonal skills Good stakeholder management skills High commitment and independent ownership Bachelors degree or equivalent experience #LI-Remote Why Choose Collaborative?
