CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit is looking for a full-time Financial Services Representative for Hudson and Essex county. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Financial Services, the Financial Services Representative provides financial management services to clients with a mental health diagnosis. The representative will educate clients on money management and assist in setting financial goals. This role will meet and interact with clients collaboratively along with the rest of the team. This role ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve clients’ problems and concerns. The representative will assist clients with money management, setting financial goals, tracking credit score, enrolling in savings programs and other services.
Full-time | 40 hours p/w| Benefit Eligible including 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: $20.19

Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration.
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
- Ability to work independently.
- Organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Proficient in MS Office products with advanced knowledge of Excel.
- Valid NJ Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience with mental health/substance use to inspire and support others.
Salary : $20
