CollabraSpace is seeking a talented Systems Engineer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. As a key member of our programme, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions that drive advancements in national defence capabilities.

About the Role

• Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation, including System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements Specifications, and Interface Control Documents.
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with defined system architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA).
• Assist with the development and allocation of system and functional requirements to hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate and resolve action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities based on comprehensive development and operational considerations.

What We Offer

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Fourteen (14) years of experience as a Systems Engineer in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.OR an additional 5 years of Systems Engineering experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree (19 years total).
• Strong expertise in analyzing system requirements and developing design solutions.
• Experience in guiding systems development and integration planning.
• Proficiency in system documentation, requirements allocation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Knowledge of Information Assurance services and security mechanism technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, technical aptitude, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
