A fast-growing national collection agency is seeking a licensed attorney to join our team focused on:
- Regulatory compliance
- Reviewing Policy and Procedure for compliance with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, CFPB
- Reviewing and responding to pre-litigation demands
- Negotiating Settlements on pre litigation demands
- Supporting internal processes to maintain legal best practices
- Assist outside counsel with defense work
You can use our office and resources to grow your own practice. Provide services to other cllients while working for us!
What We Offer:
