What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Attorney position at Elite Sourcing?
Elite Sourcing is seeking experienced corporate attorneys with at least 4 years experience for a local firm. These positions have a pay range of $165K-$200K . A candidate for one of these positions must have :
- Minimum 4 years experience with : general business and corporate law, and securities
- Ability to draft clear and concise legal documents, including contracts and agreements
- Experience with complex business matters
- Experience with some international business matters
- Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
- Excellent negotiation skills to effectively represent the company's interests
