Role Overview:
Mathematics Instructional Coach/Interventionist:
A teacher at College Achieve Charter School will provide students rigorous and relevant
learning activities and experiences designed to prepare each student to excel at a top college or
university. This position is critical in building strong relationships with our students in order to best
meet their individual needs and further the mission of College Achieve.
Mathematics Instructional Coach/Interventionist to support teachers and students in implementing effective instructional practices aligned with New Jersey standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mathematics education, instructional coaching, and a passion for supporting educators in their professional growth.
Qualifications:
Pay: $55,000 - $80,000.00 per year signing bonus & retention bonus

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of curriculum development, differentiation of instruction, use of formative and summative assessment data to drive instruction and effective use of technology in a blended classroom
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively electronically, orally, and in writing
- Ability to work effectively with adult learners modeling excellent interpersonal skills for working with teachers, administration, and staff
- Ability to provide professional development to groups of teachers and administrators
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, publishing, effective use of learning management systems and Google applications
- Reliability, responsibility, independence, self-motivation, ability to maintain one’s own schedule and calendar
- Build, reflect on, and strengthen coaching relationships.
- Build trust with teachers and administrators and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion.
- Develop partnerships with teachers, stuednts, parents, and community members to impact student learning at a greater level in all tiers of instruction. Must perform all other job related responsibilities.
