What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at College Hill Apartments?
Looking for a highly motivated, full-time maintenance technician. Ideal candidate would have skills in all aspects of apartment maintenance, including, but not limited to, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and other items that may be needed from time to time. Emergency or after-hour call outs would be included with this position. Experience in maintenance, construction, or related field required.
