Are you looking to launch your career in sales and ready to be in control of your pay? If so, COLLEGE HUNKS MOVING® is looking for YOU, a strong outside sales candidate to join our quickly growing team. This outside sales position is responsible for growing sales by taking hot leads and scheduling onsite consultations to book local moves and making connections with local businesses to help grow the business.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
· Conduct on-site consultations for appointments booked by the company
· Provide professional and accurate move estimates via email, phone, and in-person communications
· Develop a system and execute creative ways to build strategic partnerships with storage facilities, property managers, realtors, apartment complexes and assisted living facilities
· Follow up warm leads provided by the company
· Disperse marketing material to increase brand recognition
· Maintain thorough understanding of all company products and services, pricing, and promotions to communicate the benefits and value of College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving services and effectively overcome customer objections
· Maintain sales efforts on Excel spreadsheet and CRM
· Collaborate with Management to grow business
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
· Demonstrated ability of effective selling strategies and techniques
· Positive, team player who works well with a wide range of personalities
· Excellent customer service skills on the phone and in-person
· Excellent time management skills
· A minimum of one year of professional experience is required.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office
· Valid driving license and clean driving record
· Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively
· Demonstrated integrity, ethical standards, and commitment to the College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk & Moving core values

Pay Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
