What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree in a horticulture-related field or a minimum of three years of professional experience in horticulture, landscaping, greenhouse management, nursery operations, or a related field.
- Must hold an Idaho Occupational Specialist Certification or obtain it within three years of employment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and adaptability in various teaching methodologies.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and standard software applications.
- Commitment to student advising, professional growth, and community college education.
- Experience with online course delivery and institutional service preferred.
- Post-secondary teaching experience in the field is preferred.
