IN SEARCH OF AN ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF HOUSING- $20/HR BENEFITS
National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist in field operations for our Dallas, TX (Irving) market. This full-time, non-exempt position requires good communication and organizational skills, and the desire to work in a college student environment. Some college education, military service, or relevant work experience is desired.
Candidate must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our student residents, school administration, and property managers. Some of the responsibilities include: Assisting the Director of Housing with Student Life events, inspecting housing units, quality control of maintenance and cleaning vendors, providing resident notices and enhancing relationships with apartment communities.
Reliable transportation is a must as the position requires frequent local travel (with mileage reimbursement). The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to work independently at a fast pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.
- Must be computer savvy.
- 2 years of college education, military service, or relevant work experience preferred.
- A background in leasing, multi-family or hospitality management and/or student services experience is a plus but not required.
- Must have a professional attitude and appearance as this position has direct contact with our students and school administration.
- Compensation range is based on experience that lends itself to this position. ($17-19/hour)
