Responsibilities
Position Overview :
The Sr. Director of Corporate Communications is responsible for overseeing all external and internal communication strategies, aligning them with the organization’s Purpose, Values, and Strategic Plan. This role ensures the development of integrated narratives that bolster both corporate reputation and public image while enhancing internal employee engagement. The Sr. Director works closely with stakeholders to drive employee engagement and contributes to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions and partnerships. This role also includes managing public relations, CEO and Executive Team communications, and crisis management. The Sr. Director of Corporate Communications will be a key partner in strategic projects and corporate development across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications :
- Lead the development and execution of internal communications strategies to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with company values and goals.
- Oversee key internal communications channels, such as corporate intranet and email, ensuring messages are delivered effectively.
- Manage major employee engagement events, such as national leadership conferences, executive roadshows, company podcast and town halls.
- Partner with People and Culture team to enhance employee engagement through communication initiatives aligned to the Employee Value Proposition.
