Colleran O'Hara & Mills LLP has an opportunity for an employee benefits attorney position with at least three (3) years of employee benefit plan experience. Job duties will include providing advice to employee benefit plan clients regarding ERISA and other regulatory compliance, fiduciary issues, plan design, and drafting. The successful candidate must be a member of the New York Bar. Must have strong writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
