Job Summary
The Colleton Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as part of our Nurse Residency Program. This program is designed to provide new graduate nurses with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in today's hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with established nursing models such as 'Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage.'
- In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.
- Serve as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers to support an unparalleled patient experience.
Qualifications
We require:
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) obtained within 30 days of employment.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) obtained within 1 year of employment.
- No previous experience needed.
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
