What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Help Desk Representative position at Collette Health?
Collette Health is currently looking for a full-time IT Help Desk Representative to work four 10-hour shifts a week in our Noblesville, IN office (14701 Cumberland Road, Noblesville, IN 46060).
The schedule will be 5am to 4pm, four days per week.
The IT Help Desk Representative is responsible for supporting customers of a virtual patient observation platform.
Skills and Responsibilities include:
· Provide support for installation, configuration, and support of IT and Audio/Video Conferencing equipment and software via email, phone and video
· Open and manage trouble tickets in a CRM
· PC Imaging and Support
· Provide remote orientation and training to customers
· Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
· Work as a team member, providing support to other team members and departments
Preferred Qualifications include:
· Associates Degree and six (6) months Help Desk/Call Center experience supporting technology services; or the equivalent combination of education and experience
· Basic network troubleshooting experience
· Knowledge of Powershell scripting
· Knowledge of installing, configuring, and supporting Windows 10/11
· Audio/ Video and Telecommunications experience preferred
· Comfortable communicating in front of a camera
· Must have the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
· Proficient written and verbal English communication skills
