SUPERVISOR, NUTRITION, MENU PLANNING, PROCUREMENT, DIETETICS & COMMODITIES Minimum Requirements (Education / Experience)
Associate�s degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of experience in USDA laws and regulations, purchasing and procurement, accounting, and food service operations. If the applicant doesn�t have a degree then five (5) years of experience in USDA laws and regulations, purchasing and procurement, accounting, and food service operations is required. Must have the ability to supervise and evaluate managerial, technical and clerical employees. Ability to plan diets for children with special dietary needs. Computer skills required (e.g. ability to use email).
Preferred : Bachelor�s degree in Nutrition or Dietetics and the successful completion of a dietetic internship.
