Exceptional state wide (Texas) firm seeking Associate experienced with
INSURANCE DEFENSE Person Injury.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling personal injury cases on the defense side in a medium- to high-volume practice. Candidates should enjoy working in a collaborative environment and be able to independently handle depositions, briefing, hearings, mediation, and trial.
Responsibilities And Duties
· Communicating with lawyers and staff of opposing counsel;
· Reviewing medical records and discovery;
· Investigating facts and technical issues relating to cases;
· Drafting pleadings and discovery;
· Briefing the law;
· Preparing witnesses for depositions and/or trials;
· Appearing in court, at hearings and trials;
· Appearing at depositions;
