Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and curriculum
- Create a structured daily schedule that includes playtime, learning activities, meals, and naptime
- Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary to maintain a positive and respectful atmosphere
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise
- Maintain a clean and organized childcare space
Skills:
- Experience working with children of various ages
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for children in your care.
