Collier Urgent Care Centers is seeking motivated individuals to join our staff as Medical Office Associates in the front office. Current openings are for full-time positions.
Duties include greeting patients, insurance verification, medical records administration and archiving, incoming telephone calls, copying/printing/scanning, and interacting with the clinical staff. Medical terminology and medical office experience are useful but not required. Excellent customer service skills, reliability, and professionalism are mandatory.
As a Medical Front Office professional, you will be essential in delivering outstanding patient service and managing the administrative functions of the medical office. Your relevant skills in customer service and multi-line phone systems will enhance the overall patient experience, making you a vital part of our healthcare team.
