Duties

- Collect and verify patient information, including insurance details and medical history.
- Assist with the preparation of care plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Handle patient inquiries regarding services, procedures, and office policies.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning environment.
- Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate patient flow and address any concerns promptly.
- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology to assist in communication with patients and staff effectively.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist or Dental Receptionist is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating phone systems and managing multiple lines efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
