Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a skilled professional to lead municipal infrastructure development projects in our Clinton, NJ office.
Responsibilities:
- Review of subdivision plans and site plans submitted by developers for approval.
- Administration of developer-sponsored projects to verify compliance with approved plans.
- Design of capital improvement projects to enhance municipal infrastructure.
- Evaluation of public works issues in our municipalities to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in capital improvement, residential, and/or commercial site design.
- EIT preferred.
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Knowledge of the planning and zoning process.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
