Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Ivory Systems.
Responsibilities include:
- Supporting existing server infrastructure in a 24×7 on-call escalation capacity.
- Assisting in network architecture and operations.
- Monitoring all systems to ensure they're working correctly.
- Troubleshooting inefficiencies and errors in Windows, active directory, and VMware environments.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience with network technologies.
- Expert knowledge in active directory (Windows 2012 through Windows 2022), DNS, OU design and management, AD Site design, Group Policy, AD security, AD certificate services, LDAP, Global Catalog, WINS, DHCP, DFS, FRS, AD troubleshooting.
