Who you are As the PropTech Program Manager, REMS (Canada) you will improve tenant experience and client value through the day-to-day management of our PropTech offering. Working in close partnership with REMS Canada PropTech Lead, this highly collaborative position will maintain internal systems and databases critical to our success. What you bring 2 or more years' experience or education in a real estate management, IT or engineering with a proven understanding of building automation and controls. Recent or soon to be grads will also be considered Experience working within a professional services environment is helpful; real estate proven experience and property management and/or asset management knowledge a definite asset Ability to work remotely and build relationships with colleagues across the country and across departments Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy; takes pride in work Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple sets of data Bonus skills and experience Excellent organizational and communications skills. Confident in presenting to internal and external partners. Solid understanding of Microsoft products and offerings. What success looks like Maintain database of supervised PropTech products and vendors including properties in which they are currently deployed Evaluate PropTech solutions through proprietary PropTech evaluation and ROI tools Utilize PropTech Guide to help steer property management teams through Smart Building packages Coordinate and track PropTech projects with property management teams and external service providers Provide training to internal stakeholders on use of PropTech Guide, database and associated tools Track status of PropTech pilot projects. Responsible for keeping others accountable to their updates and generating reporting on a regular basis Coordinate onboarding of new PropTech products and services with Procurement and Vendor Management #LI-KR1 "and" #onsite Make your next move an expert one and join us as we lead the industry into the future.
