What You'll Do
In your role as a Commercial Property Manager, you'll manage the daily operations of a top-notch office campus, ensuring tenants and clients enjoy an excellent experience while upholding the highest standards for the property. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Property & Tenant Management:
- Act as a point of contact for tenants and property owners, promptly addressing their needs with professionalism and care
- Guide tenant improvements and transitions for move-ins and move-outs to ensure everything goes smoothly
- Carry out regular property inspections, proactively addressing maintenance and operational requirements
- Create and manage annual budgets, operating expenses, and ongoing forecasts
- Oversee rent collection and lease compliance, ensuring timely payments and addressing any delinquencies
- Review and reconcile Common Area Maintenance (CAM) charges, tenant rent, and improvement costs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and contractors
- Ensure timely maintenance, repairs, and management of service contracts for the property
- Prepare comprehensive monthly performance reports that highlight income, expenses, and leasing activity
- Ensure the property operations are in line with company policies, regulations, and contractual obligations

- 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Strong financial skills with a proven track record in budgeting and financial report analysis
- Experience with property management software and a solid understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- The capacity to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and solve problems with ease
