As a Proctor and Examiner at Collin College, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of our testing process. Your primary responsibility will be to administer various types of tests, including certification/licensure, correspondence, CLEP, TSIA, assessment, instructional, and other tests. You will also be responsible for operating and troubleshooting testing software systems, interpreting test scores, and providing assistance to students as needed.

Your primary responsibility will be to administer various types of tests, including certification/licensure, correspondence, CLEP, TSIA, assessment, instructional, and other tests. You will also be responsible for operating and troubleshooting testing software systems, interpreting test scores, and providing assistance to students as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Proctor exams and maintain the security and integrity of the testing center.
- Operate and troubleshoot testing software systems to ensure a seamless testing experience.
- Interpret TSIA test scores, course placement, and possible retest options for credit students.
- Assist faculty with the intake of instructional tests and keep accurate records of exams and incidents.
- Associate degree from an accredited institution required.
- One (1) year of related experience preferred.
