Licenses and Certifications:This position must obtain Accuplacer, CLEP, Meazure Learning, Pearson VUE, and other proctor certifications within 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer a variety of testing activities: certification/licensure, correspondence, CLEP, TSIA, assessment, instructional, and other tests.
- Operate and troubleshoot testing software systems to ensure a seamless testing experience.
- Interpret TSIA test scores, course placement, and possible retest options for credit students.
- Provide excellent customer service to testers, conducting all test-taking activities in a nondiscriminatory manner.
- Maintain the security and integrity of the testing center by following protocols to create a secure atmosphere that minimizes distractions.
- Accurately input exam results and other related data into the appropriate reporting system.
Requirements:
- Associate degree from an accredited institution required.
- One (1) year of related experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Familiarity with FERPA and TSIA/testing rules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
