Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
Hours: This position runs Monday-Friday; 2:00PM-10:00PM

The salary range for this role is - . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. What You Will Do:
- Required to use hand tools and power tools to assist in preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electromechanical, and pneumatic equipment or systems; including but not limited to automated tube cut, wire stretchers, fill ovens, immersion baths, laser and tig welders, automated conformal spray, water wash and selective solder machines.
- Timeliness completion of preventative work orders and logs which may require operating company vehicles, handling environmental equipment, and performing hazardous waste recycling.
- Under limited supervision, performs a variety of routine and simplistic facilities maintenance duties in company buildings and surrounding property; including painting, general repairs, station moves, and snow removal on sidewalks.
- Maintaining and recommending spare parts.
- Following and understanding all applicable policies and procedures
- Cognitive skills in advanced machinery and automation
- Inputting data and utilizing Hexagon a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Requires a HS Diploma or GED. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 2 years of relevant experience is required.
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Overtime may be eligible.
- May be standing for 8 hours and may be required to lift/move heavy parts and/or equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
- AA Degree in Industrial Technologies or equivalent
- Electrical, Mechanical, and Pneumatic equipment experience.
- Experience with PLC programming preferred.
- The ability to successfully complete training modules associated with tasks.
- The ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure safety and quality.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- Intermediate computer skills in terms of typing, navigating screens, and learning new software programs.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to effectively work with and take direction from more experienced coworkers, supervisors or managers.
