What are the responsibilities and job description for the CBRN Defense Program Management Support Services position at Collins Consulting Inc?
Must be a US Citizen who currently possesses a Top Secret/SCI and NATO Clearance required at start of performance period.
Job Responsibilities:
The Contractor shall coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain CBRN Defense governance
and programmatic documents (e.g., DAFIs, policies), action plan recommendations, task and
inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plans under AF/A4C program management
oversight.
Position Duties:
Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and
coordinating, consolidating, developing, and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials
(e.g., slides, after action reports, minutes).
Develop and advocate for DAF capability needs into all CBRN Defense Science and Technology
initiatives under AF/A4C program management oversight.
Attend, with Government representative, the DAF at Joint Integrated Concept Team meetings for
the Assess RN and Assess CB (detectors), Understand (decision support), Protect (protective
equipment) and Mitigate (decontamination) operational elements.
Provide expert analysis and recommendations on CBRN Defense Modernization issues to
Government representatives on direction and oversight of Air Force stakeholders supporting
Joint Capabilities Integration Development System analysis.
Assist in managing and overseeing AF interest through all phases of the DoD acquisition cycle
for the four major Joint (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) Defense Programs before
fielding equipment.
Maintain a web-based collaboration tool to ensure maximum community awareness for key AF
CBRN acquisition information.
Develop, schedule, orchestrate, and execute Senior Executive level working groups in support of
OSD CBRN modernization and acquisition efforts under AF/A4C program management
oversight.
Prepare briefings, BBPs, or other documentation in support of working groups, integrated
product teams, and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements and acquisition programs and
issues
Assist Government representatives in ensuring AF CBRN equities are captured in DAF, Joint,
DoD and NATO planning and programming documents.
Coordinate and collaborate with DAF enterprise to develop and ensure DAF equities are
advocated for at all Joint/OSD-led CBRN defense research, development, and acquisition phases
IAW JCIDS process and the DAF vision, mission, and goals.
Required Skills:
TS/SCI and NATO clearance required at start of performance period. Bachelor s degree and a
minimum of 12 years experience (GS-13/14 equivalent) in Emergency Services and CBRN
defense operations across a full spectrum threat environment who has broad expertise in
corporate processes, policies and programs and expert knowledge in Global Force Management
policies, guidance, and strategies.
