Job Purpose
The Front Desk Administrator oversees reception, manages phone calls, greets visitors, and maintains office facilities. They handle mail, organize catering, manage supplies, and liaise with service vendors. Additionally, they provide administrative support to various departments.
What You'll Do
- Greet and direct all visitors in a pleasant and courteous manner
- Answer and route all telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Ensure all visitors sign in and out of the premises
- Sort and distribute incoming mail/packages promptly
- Handle outgoing mail through various couriers
- Keep lobby and office area clean at all times
- Sending outgoing faxes for staff as requested and distribute to or notify staff immediately of any incoming faxes
- Issue out personal postage for employees to purchase when requested
What You'll Bring
- Experience in a customer service environment or receptionist role
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Demonstrate organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to operate multi-line telephone equipment.
- Demonstrate dependable, regular attendance
