Base Salary of $40,000-60,000 based on experience. Commission and bonus opportunities on top of that.

- Client Consultation: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering expert guidance on insurance options and developing personalized risk management strategies to meet their needs.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring continuous communication and engagement to provide exceptional service and meet client expectations.
- Renewal Processing: Oversee the timely and efficient processing of policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and the best value for clients while minimizing cancellations and lapses.
- Claims Assistance: Support clients through the claims process, providing guidance and advocating on their behalf to ensure a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
- Cross-selling: Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional lines of insurance or coverage enhancements to existing clients to improve their risk coverage and drive business growth.
