Compensation :
60,000 - $80,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
Manage litigation cases from initial investigation through trial and appeal.
Draft and argue motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Conduct depositions, mediations, and pre-trial conferences.
Attend court hearings and represent clients at trial.
Collaborate with senior attorney to develop case strategies and trial preparation.
Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
Ensure deadlines are met and effectively manage a litigation caseload.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
1 years of litigation experience in personal injury law preferred.
Active member of the Alabama State Bar, in good standing.
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage multiple litigation cases in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
